Payment

Q: Can I pay using other method than Paypal or Stripe?
A: Yes, contact us for making purchases with other payment methods.

Q: My payment went trough but order did not confirm
A: Please wait more time to allow for payment system to confirm your order, if problem is still not solved contact us.

Delivery

Q: To what countries do you deliver your products?
A: Currently we deliver our products to all EU and NA countries, for deliveries to any other countries please contact us.

Q: Why I did not receive my order's tracking information?
A: Email with delivery information will be sent to you when we send your order and confirm it in our system. Please wait until we send your package and check your email's spam section for possible order confirmation email. If still no tracking information is received contact us.

Q: My order arrived damaged, what should I do?
A: Please contact us via our email with this information: order number, pictures of damaged order and short explanation on how did you find your order damaged.
